South America Backcountry Powder Tours

For the southern hemisphere winter, Chile and Argentina offer the most consistent snow, biggest vert, and most varied terrain (not to mention the best food, wine and après ski!). Backcountry Snow Tours is offering a wide range of tours to South America for 2008, from off-piste exploration of Chile and Argentina’s best resorts to more backcountry oriented tours of some of the epic touring possibilities on the volcanoes of Chile and the high alpine terrain of Argentina. The guides we use are all fully qualified and have many years under their belts guiding in South America. Groups are kept small to allow for flexibility and maintain the highest levels of safety.

For those that want to get the most fresh tracks possible while exploring the resorts of Chile and Argentina, we have the Patagonia Powder Tour, Frontier- Las Lenas Tour and the Freerider Tour.
